She began her music career in Akhisar, Manisa. Then she has been continuing in İzmir and İstanbul. And, her reputition branched out whole Turkey. Kibariye who performed in İzmir in 1980's, attracted all musicians' attention who came to İzmir Fair in those years. Muzaffer Özpınar was one of those musicians. He mentioned about Kibariye to Turgut Akyüz who run Stardust Night Club in İstanbul in those years. Deceased Turgut Akyüz wanted to Listen to Kibariye. Thus, she came to İstanbul from İzmir and her destiny has started to change. She began to take to the stage at Stardust Night Club who was appreciated by Turgut Akyüz. In a short tme, Kibariye attracted media's attention with her voice, her singing style, and especially her natural manners. So, in 1980 new-year's night, she performed on TRT. Her song called “Kim Bilir” came to the top and she made 21 cassette. She performed at various night clubs, and she went on Anatolia and Europe tours thanks to people's warm interest. This achievement also attracted private TV channels' attention. She performed in her first TV show called “Darısı Başınıza” on Kanal 6. Then, she performed in following TV shows called “Eğlen Coş İşte Kiboş” on atv and “Kibariye Show” on İnter Star, and she appeared on TGRT with her last TV show. Sezen Aksu performed her compositions, and she also worked with Tarkan, thus she was able to reach wide masses.
